It's so easy to make your own Taco Seasoning or Italian Seasoning, and there are tons of recipes available on allrecipes.com or recipezaar. You can also find recipes for salad dressings or marinades and you might be surprised how easy (and tasty) it is to make these things for yourself!

I think this is a great idea! I used to make my own generic goes-on-anything seasoning that was a Tony Chachery's/Emeril's hybrid. It was really easy. Can't remember why I stopped! Thanks for the idea.
