Menu Plan Monday

Here's our plan for this week:

Sunday: Mom's Baked chicken, salad, pasta side
Monday: Chicken Tortilla Casserole (an early Cinco de Mayo celebration!)
Tuesday: Broccoli Quiche
Wednesday: Southwest roll-ups
Thursday: Sandwiches
Friday: Pizza Hut!! (My favorite!)
Saturday: Crablegs and ???
