There are quite a few repeat items this week because our plan changed quite a bit last week. The good thing about having a plan? You can just bump the meal to next week and it's one less meal to come up with!
Sunday: Meatball sub casserole (still haven't made this yet), salad
Monday: Leftovers (meatball sub casserole & Charleston Breakfast Casserole from this weekend)
Tuesday: Rice, broccoli, cheese, & almond surprise (didn't make this last week either)
Wednesday: Birdseye Voila Meal (didn't make last week either!!)
Thursday: Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole, salad
Friday: Chili's! (Ended up not going for my birthday)
Saturday: Black bean burgers, veggies
