Tip # 82 Shop at Goodwill or Salvation Army
You definitely have to be in the mood to sort through some crap, but you should be able to find some good deals. I've seen brand new clothes (with tags) at our local Goodwill store! I've also seen quite a few pieces of furniture that just need some TLC (paint, stain, etc). Most stores have an extra percent off on certain days too. Just call to find out how you can save even more money!
