If you have a product that you really enjoy, it never hurts to call or email the manufacturer and let them know this. Many of them will send free coupons or products in appreciation of you being a loyal customer!

I was hoping that we would get something from Wendy's but I guess since I had called with a complaint and a complement they probably evened each other out.
